Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager.
Bring clear ownership of outcomes, not only outputs.
Ideally have experience in B2B SaaS.
Be able to make complex systems radically simple.
Be comfortable setting strategy in ambiguous spaces and making trade-offs with incomplete information.
Have genuine interest in how AI is reshaping software.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.
Bring structured thinking and strong product intuition.
Be able to decline stakeholder requests while maintaining the relationship.
Hospitality tech, revenue management systems or pricing experience is a plus.

Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the product area, tied to adoption, retention, revenue uplift and expansion.
Make product trade-offs, including deciding what not to build, and explain those decisions to stakeholders.
Shape pricing experiences across the core app, partner integrations and multi-property accounts.
Make pricing recommendations simple and explainable so hoteliers can understand and act on them.
Speak regularly with hoteliers and work with UX research to identify friction in revenue management workflows.
Work with the other Revenue Management team to turn forecasting and pricing model outputs into clear experiences.
Drive solutions from opportunity assessment through delivery and measured impact.
Define and own KPIs, and explain what changed them while distinguishing correlation from causation.
Influence other teams, including Revenue Management, Reporting and Integrations, without direct authority.
