Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of program management experience in software development delivery teams.
- Understand software development processes and the Agile SDLC process.
- Be able to develop release plans for multiple cross-functional team releases and track cross-team dependencies.
- Be able to create release plans when information is limited and assumptions are required.
- Measure progress toward milestones and launch dates, frame trade-off options, and drive timely decisions.
- Build processes and implement process optimizations while delivering program commitments.
- Understand product and technology domains and system integration across a product ecosystem.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define outcomes, create plans, qualify success, and mitigate risks.
- Lead multiple large cross-functional programs and releases.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or have relevant, recent, commensurate professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of complex cross-functional programs and initiatives.
- Track initiative progress against milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate dependencies, plan releases, resolve blockers, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Identify program risks and mitigation options.
- Create and maintain roadmaps with Engineering and Product leaders.
- Manage team capacity and assess the impact of requests to shift priorities.
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams and facilitate ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Build and supervise release plans, schedules, milestones, project plans, and playbooks.
- Promote process improvements and closer synchronization between Product & Technology and the business.
