Requirements
- Have full life-cycle NetSuite implementation experience across multiple industry verticals.
- Have 3+ years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
- Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations.
- Demonstrate expertise in negotiation.
- Demonstrate expertise in vendor management.
- Demonstrate expertise in risk management.
- Demonstrate expertise in project financials.
- Demonstrate expertise in KPI and reporting.
- Have a solid understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or IT, or an MBA.
- Preferred: Experience delivering numerous complex NetSuite projects.
- Preferred: CSM and SuiteFoundation certifications.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client relationships and keep projects on schedule.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resource alignment, and competing priorities across projects.
- Follow the company's delivery structure and project management methodology during implementations.
- Deliver strategic business and project reviews to explain proposed solutions to clients.
- Report on budgets, project status, risks, and escalated issues.
- Coordinate IT project teams to incorporate client business requirements into design specifications, integrations, and data transfers.
- Advocate for clients and manage escalations to support client satisfaction.
- Lead NetSuite implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and SFDC build-out projects.
- Create and present technical concepts, project plans, delivery approaches, milestones, and results to client stakeholders.
