Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement or change management initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles while executing complex, multifunctional prioritized projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Copilot.
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and influence without authority.
Availability for travel and work beyond the regular scheduled hours.
Experience with SAP and business reporting tools is preferred.
Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate experience is a plus.

Lead the execution and continuous improvement of Procurement business processes, systems, and operational support activities.
Manage Procurement programs and activities for Business Services and provide subject matter expertise on Procurement processes and systems.
Partner with Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to identify process optimization, automation, standardization, and compliance improvements.
Lead or support cross-functional projects, system enhancements, acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic Procurement initiatives.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business insights to support performance management and decision-making.
Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
