Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in website development and optimization.
- Strong experience with Webflow.
- B2B SaaS experience.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with leaders and highly intellectual thinkers.
- Asana project management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and run conversion tests across PracticeTek’s web properties to improve conversions and engagement.
- Own the front-end and back-end of PracticeTek’s websites, applying development best practices.
- Optimize web properties to improve the user experience.
- Provide weekly reporting and insights on website conversion, engagement, traffic, and health.
- Manage multiple PracticeTek websites and partner with teams across the business on website activities.
- Manage the technology stack across web properties, including the website platform, integrations, and chatbot.
- Triage website development requests, prioritize them by business impact, and assign work to contract developers.
- Identify website optimization opportunities proactively.
- Support marketing initiatives and product releases with appropriate website assets.
