Job Details

Be fluent in Spanish and English.
Have experience with CRM and VoIP systems.
Have experience in lead qualification, nurturing, and follow-up.
Demonstrate strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Use a customer-focused, calm, and empathetic approach.
Be confident and persuasive in converting leads.
Have clear, professional written communication skills.
Have strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Align work with marketing campaigns and accurately track lead sources and performance metrics.
Have a reliable computer and high-speed internet of at least 15 Mbps.
Have a noise-canceling headset, webcam, and quiet, professional workspace.
Provide NBI or Police Clearance upon request.
Be comfortable on camera during meetings and have no other client work during scheduled hours.

Conduct outbound sales and cold calls to convert leads into booked appointments.
Respond to patient inquiries by phone, email, chat, and text.
Manage calendars, reschedule appointments, and handle inbound calls.
Organize and prioritize communications, including newsletters.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance against KPIs.
Communicate dental service benefits and handle objections.
Support lead qualification, follow-ups, and campaign tracking.
