Requirements
- Have at least 5+ years of experience in server or data center hardware procurement.
- Have direct experience working with ODM/OEM manufacturers.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a history of securing supply commitments and favorable commercial terms in constrained markets.
- Have experience operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Be able to quickly understand technical infrastructure requirements.
- Have working proficiency in English.
- Hands-on GPU procurement experience is an added bonus.
- Experience in hyper-scale or AI infrastructure environments is an added bonus.
- Experience in global procurement operations is an added bonus.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or ERP systems is an added bonus.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of server and GPU infrastructure for new data center builds.
- Negotiate directly with OEM/ODM vendors.
- Create dashboards and reports on existing tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage cost optimization, supply constraints, and vendor escalations.
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, finance, and operations teams.
- Support maintenance procurement for global data centers after go-live.
- Plan stock proactively and coordinate urgent procurement to support uninterrupted operations.
