Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Have at least five years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Bring experience with customer-facing or partner-facing engagements.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of networking and security technologies.
- Be able to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions.
- Have familiarity with one or more major cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform; this is preferred.
- Explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to assess challenges, evaluate alternatives, and develop technical solutions.
- Work effectively across teams and build trusted partner relationships.
- Show a proactive, self-motivated approach to learning new technologies and developing technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training, workshops, and enablement programs to help partners understand and communicate networking and security solutions.
- Collaborate with partners to design and develop technical solutions for customer networking, connectivity, and security requirements.
- Develop partner-facing presentations, videos, technical documentation, and PDFs.
- Participate in partner events, industry conferences, and webinars to demonstrate solutions and share technical insights.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide partners with competitive insights.
- Work with sales, channel management, product management, engineering, and marketing teams to coordinate resources and resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain knowledge of networking innovations and platform capabilities through hands-on labs, documentation, and training.
