Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math, or equivalent practical experience.
- Five or more years of business analysis and consulting experience related to enterprise software implementation and change management.
- Five or more years of experience designing and implementing client-facing solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow integration technologies, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
- Preferred familiarity with C++, Java, Python, Perl, or another programming language.
- Preferred experience with API Management Platforms and technology architecture and implementation on ServiceNow.
- Preferred experience across the SDLC and Agile software development practices.
- Preferred experience with incident, service request, problem, and change management; discovery; and CMDB.
- Preferred experience designing application deployments on AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud setups.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to process improvement and implementation methodology to help customers reach value quickly.
- Provide guidance on API integration for customer automation and workflow management.
- Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses.
- Partner with users to define problems and align appropriate technical, application, or configuration solutions.
- Develop, document, and manage requirements gathering, detailed designs, and supporting business processes throughout the project life cycle.
- Review system test plans and applications to support successful test cycles.
- Work with end users to select or create test scenarios and assess solutions against shared requirements.
- Serve as a functional and technical resource for project teams and estimate project effort and duration.
- Build architecture best practices.
