Requirements
- Experience in a sales, telesales, or customer-facing role.
- Clear spoken and written English with a confident phone manner.
- Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
- Comfort working to weekly and monthly targets.
- A reliable computer, headset, and stable fibre connection.
- Experience selling to UK or international customers is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Experience with cold outreach sequences is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify leads by phone, email, and chat.
- Run discovery calls and book demos for senior colleagues.
- Update lead, call, and next-step information in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads until they convert or close.
- Report weekly on calls, meetings booked, and deals progressed.
