Requirements
- Have 4–7 years of B2B growth, performance, or demand generation marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Demonstrate experiments that measurably improved conversion, acquisition cost, or pipeline.
- Bring hands-on paid search and paid social experience, including budget management and bid optimization.
- Have website and CRO experience, including landing page testing and analytics setup.
- Have experience with Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, or similar tools.
- Have working knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Have hands-on Marketo experience building programs, smart campaigns, lead scoring, nurture flows, and reporting.
- Have working fluency with Salesforce.
- Be able to build funnel reports, interpret attribution, and size opportunities.
- Demonstrate clear writing and the ability to test messaging with a technical audience.
Responsibilities
- Generate, prioritize, run, and share learnings from growth experiments across the funnel.
- Build lifecycle and nurture programs to move free users, trial users, and existing customers toward purchase and expansion.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, calls to action, and user journeys; run A/B and multivariate tests.
- Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, and retargeting to lower cost per opportunity.
- Partner with Content on SEO strategy, keyword targeting, and technical SEO fixes.
- Build AI-assisted and agentic workflows for personalization, content variants, and experiment velocity.
- Own funnel analytics and dashboards with RevOps, improve attribution, and provide recommendations.
- Partner with Product Marketing on positioning tests, Product on in-app growth loops, and Sales on lead quality.
