Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience.
- Have at least 3 years of experience managing web-based software products.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Have experience working on highly technical products, such as data platforms, analytics products, or machine-learning-enabled applications.
- Have experience working across engineering, design, and non-technical stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
- Healthcare, life sciences, or biotech experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience developing regulated software under design control, such as software as a medical device or clinical trial systems, is strongly preferred.
- Experience designing for clinicians, clinical sites, or other expert users is a plus.
- Be comfortable using modern tools to speed up product work, such as AI-assisted drafting, analysis, and rapid prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and day-to-day product decisions for the clinician- and site-facing web application.
- Build knowledge of clinicians, sleep technicians, site coordinators, investigators, and sponsor teams to inform the roadmap.
- Manage shared and specialized functionality across diagnostic and clinical trial workflows.
- Coordinate the web experience with devices, data pipelines, machine-learning models, and other software products.
- Create quarterly product roadmaps and clear requirements for the web application.
- Work with software engineers, product designers, and data science and machine-learning teams on technical specifications, feasibility, and presentation of model outputs.
- Run usability tests and user interviews to understand clinician and site-staff workflows.
- Deliver product requirements and changes through formal design controls in a regulated environment.
- Manage stakeholder priorities and external client-facing demos.
- Communicate project progress, tradeoffs, and risks to key stakeholders.
