Requirements
- Have 10+ years of experience in IT/business systems product management or a related discipline.
- Have 5+ years of experience in people management.
- Demonstrate ownership of end-to-end product strategy and delivery for internal enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or Enterprise AI.
- Bring a strong background in IT product management and progression into a product leadership role.
- Understand SaaS governance, software asset management, and IT financial management best practices.
- Have experience defining and executing Enterprise AI strategy, including use case prioritization, organizational rollout, and business value measurement.
- Have a track record establishing or scaling operational practices within a technology organization.
- Have experience defining and tracking KPIs across product and operational domains.
- Have experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Be able to align business and technology partners and collaborate with a global team.
- Nice to have experience with ITAM frameworks and ITSM/ITAM platforms, organizational change management, ARB processes, enterprise architecture governance, or demand and portfolio governance.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmaps for internal business applications and enterprise systems.
- Partner with business owners to understand requirements, pain points, and technology investment priorities.
- Lead the Plan and Commit process, prioritize BT requests, and maintain a visible backlog and resource forecasts.
- Establish product governance with BT Strategy & Operations and business stakeholders.
- Define organizational change management practices and lead change strategies and impact assessments for major implementations and upgrades.
- Oversee QA and UAT, participate in sprint demos, and maintain the BT release calendar.
- Establish hypercare programs for major system go-lives and track adoption and stabilization metrics.
- Govern the software asset lifecycle, SaaS intake and approvals, license audits, contract consolidation, and tool sunsetting.
- Create software asset management metrics, dashboards, and reporting for executive decision-making.
- Set the team vision and operating model, and lead, mentor, and develop IT teams.
