Requirements
- Have 3–6+ years of product experience at a B2B SaaS company and be able to point to what you shipped.
- Have worked deeply with an engineering organization.
- Be comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and data with engineers.
- Have owned a product or feature used by real customers, ideally including enterprise accounts, integrations, or implementation.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, and hold a line on priorities across engineering, go-to-market teams, and customers.
- Learn domains quickly and be willing to develop deep knowledge of healthcare compliance.
- Balance intuition and data, and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Be able to prototype, query a database, or read code.
- Healthcare data or EMR integration experience is a plus.
- Experience in a delivery, forward-deployed, or implementation-adjacent product role is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own product problems end-to-end, from discovery and definition through build, launch, and post-launch follow-through.
- Own the customer-facing web app, notifications service, reporting, API, and permissions.
- Decide what to build or buy for EMR integrations and make new integrations more configurable.
- Lead large enterprise rollouts and remain accountable for customer time-to-value.
- Turn repeated manual work, spreadsheets, and one-off scripts into product.
- Work closely with engineering on integrations, data models, and permissions.
- Partner with sales, customer success, and implementation teams on live accounts and bring customer learning into the roadmap.
- Work with providers and administrators to understand their workflows before proposing solutions.
