Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of product management experience.
- Consistently ship web and/or mobile products to production.
- Exercise sound judgment in complex decisions with competing priorities and constraints.
- Translate client needs into direction the team can act on.
- Lead delivery and keep teams productive and aligned across time zones and distributed setups.
- Bring growth and conversion experience, including A/B testing, experimentation platforms, and funnel optimization with measurable results.
- Demonstrate technical fluency with engineers, including APIs, feature flags, CMS, and analytics.
- Make data-driven decisions and adjust priorities based on results.
Responsibilities
- Shape the team's roadmap and determine which initiatives earn a place on it.
- Establish planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives for a distributed team.
- Break initiatives into sequenced, deliverable milestones.
- Drive the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through build, launch, and iteration.
- Run experiment cycles using hypotheses, variants, measurement, and decisions to ship or revert.
- Protect dedicated capacity for high-leverage work.
- Represent product with clients and executives and manage competing stakeholder priorities.
- Report delivery and connect shipped work to revenue, acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
