Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience in product management or product leadership.
- Have owned a product line or portfolio as a business.
- Demonstrate a track record of driving adoption, expansion, and revenue growth.
- Have experience with pricing and packaging, including bundling, tiering, and positioning a product within a broader platform.
- Have partnered closely with sales and marketing to win markets.
- Have built and led high-performing product teams.
- Communicate clearly with clinicians, executives, and engineers.
- Cardiology, cardiac imaging, or cardiology device or software market experience is a plus.
- Experience leading a product line through cloud or SaaS migration is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise imaging, PACS, or clinical workflow is a plus.
- Product operating model experience leading empowered teams across product, UX, and engineering, with discovery and experimentation, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Set a multi-year cardiology strategy and translate it into a sequenced roadmap validated with customer research, win/loss, and early-access customers.
- Drive adoption of cardiology solutions across new and existing customers, expanding the footprint account by account.
- Lead the portfolio’s cloud migration, sequencing modernization for existing customers and cloud-native onboarding for new customers.
- Own how cardiology products are priced, bundled, and positioned within the broader imaging platform.
- Define where AI creates clinical and workflow value, what to build versus partner for, and how capabilities are validated and brought to market.
- Partner with sales and marketing on go-to-market positioning, packaging, pricing tactics, and pipeline-generating plays.
- Lead a cross-functional team through the product development lifecycle, working with engineering and design to iterate on solutions.
- Own portfolio growth, adoption, retention, margin, and product health metrics.
- Represent the cardiology portfolio with customers, clinical advisors, analysts, and internal leadership, and incorporate feedback into the roadmap.
