Requirements
- Have 5–10 years of product management experience, including growth, acquisition, or conversion-focused work.
- Show proven results owning high-traffic website, landing page, or checkout experiences.
- Have experience running experimentation at scale and the statistical judgment to interpret results correctly.
- Have hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms and the Google Analytics suite.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field or have equivalent experience.
- Freemium, free trial, or product-led growth experience converting free users to paid subscribers is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Mixpanel, Segment, Ketch, and/or Iterable is strongly preferred.
- Experience with consumer-facing AI products or D2C subscription businesses is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the freemium strategy, roadmap, and results across all D2C products.
- Find, validate, and launch free experiences that capture users and convert them to paid subscriptions.
- Optimize the free-user journey from sign-up and activation through upgrade.
- Own the product roadmap for the website, landing pages, and checkout, prioritizing conversion impact.
- Partner with Engineering and Marketing to use Segment, Iterable, and Ketch in nurture, lifecycle, and consent experiences.
- Ensure tracking and instrumentation provide a reliable view of funnel performance.
- Run A/B and multivariate testing with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
- Analyze Google Analytics and Mixpanel data alongside user research to understand conversion behavior.
- Lead agile delivery with the product squad and present strategy and results to company leadership.
