Requirements
- Have 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and persistent follow-up.
- Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- In-house recruitment experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support prospecting and headhunting, nurture candidate relationships, and build long-term pipelines.
- Source candidates through diverse channels and screen resumes and applications.
- Own role coordination and track progress, blockers, and outcomes for each role.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines.
- Provide regular status updates to management and team members.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
