Requirements
- Have 10+ years of experience in GTM operations, sales or revenue operations, or GTM systems within an enterprise or high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
- Have 5+ years of direct people management experience leading systems administrators or GTM operations teams.
- Bring hands-on enterprise-scale Salesforce administration experience for 1,000+ users, including objects, security and sharing, profiles and permission sets, automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Have experience managing an end-to-end enterprise GTM platform spanning CRM, sales engagement, data and enrichment, conversation intelligence, gifting, and customer reference platforms.
- Have a track record leading a major GTM tool evaluation, implementation, or migration from start to finish, including vendor diligence, business case, contract negotiation, and change management.
- Have working knowledge of outbound compliance and deliverability requirements, including GDPR, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and Do Not Contact, and experience partnering with Legal to implement them in systems.
- Have experience owning a software budget and license governance and presenting data-backed recommendations to executive leadership.
- CPQ experience is strongly preferred; Salesforce certifications and experience with AI features in GTM tools are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop GTM systems administrators and program owners.
- Own the connected GTM platform ecosystem, including Salesforce architecture, data model, permissions, automation, integrations, and dependent tools.
- Set Salesforce administration standards for release management, change control, documentation, quoting, and CPQ processes.
- Own GTM SaaS strategy, budget, renewals, and license governance; partner with Finance and Procurement on ROI and seat forecasting.
- Lead vendor evaluations and tool migrations from requirements and diligence through launch, change management, and legacy-tool retirement.
- Partner with Legal, Security, and Marketing on GTM compliance and governance, including consent, Do Not Contact, call recording, texting, and email deliverability.
- Lead systems work for market launches, rebrands, and new sales motions; partner with Enablement on onboarding, training, and documentation.
- Lead incident response with vendors and Enterprise Systems, develop workarounds, protect data integrity, and keep field and executive leaders informed.
