Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Bring expert, hands-on experience with marketing automation; Pardot or Marketo preferred.
  • Have hands-on Salesforce experience, including administering integrations with marketing automation platforms.
  • Have led complex cross-functional systems projects end to end, such as lifecycle redesigns, scoring and routing overhauls, platform migrations, or attribution rollouts.
  • Understand lead lifecycle management, scoring, routing, segmentation, and campaign tracking.
  • Have a strong background in data management, analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Have experience operationalizing account-based marketing programs.
  • Have hands-on experience using AI tools to automate workflows, solve problems, and improve team efficiency.
  • Be able to operate in ambiguity and build processes where none exist.
  • Be able to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and help reach decisions.
  • Be detail-oriented, deliver accurate work quickly, and own quality assurance.
  • Experience with wider go-to-market tools, data visualization platforms, SQL, cybersecurity, or enterprise go-to-market motions is listed as a differentiator.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the marketing automation platform and its Salesforce integration, including segmentation, scoring, routing, nurturing, lifecycle workflows, and compliance tasks.
  • Evaluate and support the rollout of go-to-market technology tools, including business cases, vendor logistics, and implementation.
  • Audit, test, and troubleshoot the marketing technology stack and execute data governance protocols across integrated systems.
  • Identify funnel conversion and handoff problems and drive fixes across teams.
  • Support campaign setup, pre-launch quality assurance, tracking validation, and multi-channel launches.
  • Facilitate account-based marketing program execution, including account list uploads, segmentation updates, tool configuration, and reporting.
  • Maintain and optimize systems and automations, and assist with implementing AI agents and automated workflows.
  • Document workflows, standard operating procedures, and system configurations, and support end-user training and onboarding.
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Analytics Manager on attribution, dashboards, metric definitions, and lead scoring.
  • Align with Demand Generation, Sales, Finance, RevOps, and IT on goals, definitions, and funnel processes.
