Requirements
- Have 5–8+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or partner marketing within B2B SaaS or technology organizations.
- Have experience owning and planning events from strategy through execution, including budgeting, coordination, and post-event evaluation.
- Have experience developing partner marketing plans and executing integrated regional marketing campaigns and events.
- Have experience working with channel, alliance, or ecosystem partners on joint marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrate the ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact through field marketing programs.
- Have strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Have experience measuring campaign performance and event ROI.
- Have communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Have experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Salesforce.
- Nice to have: experience in the Atlassian, SaaS, or enterprise software ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies for the Americas aligned to pipeline, revenue, retention, and go-to-market objectives.
- Partner with regional sales leaders, account teams, and partners to identify growth opportunities and create targeted marketing programs.
- Translate global marketing initiatives into regionally relevant campaigns and experiences.
- Plan, execute, and optimize regional events, including partner events, sponsorships, community events, roadshows, and customer events.
- Build and execute joint webinars with partners and support event delivery from planning through post-event analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, event partners, and internal stakeholders to execute programs.
- Collaborate with Channel, Alliances, and Ecosystem teams on partner marketing plans, co-marketing activities, and joint campaigns.
- Track leads and campaign performance, analyze event and campaign results, and report on KPIs including pipeline influence, sourced revenue, attendance, engagement, and ROI.
- Manage regional marketing budgets and forecast spend.
