Requirements
- Have 5 to 8 years of B2B marketing experience in a regulated, relationship-driven, or long-sales-cycle market.
- Bring experience in fintech, banking technology, enterprise SaaS to executive buyers, insurance, or a similar market.
- Demonstrate ownership of analyst relations and/or industry press relationships.
- Have account-based marketing experience against a defined, named target list.
- Be comfortable shifting focus across marketing functions as strategy requires.
- Have strong executive communication skills and be comfortable drafting for an executive audience.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership.
- Direct banking or credit union experience is a strong plus; experience marketing to bank or credit union executives or other risk-averse, board-governed buyers is also a plus.
- Selecting and standing up or reconfiguring marketing technology, including CRM, ABM, and email or communications tools, is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI or agentic tools for content and marketing production is a plus.
- Prior experience managing at least one direct report is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and run a regular briefing cadence with analysts and consultants who advise bank and credit union decision-makers.
- Prepare executive briefing and marketing materials with the CSMO and CEO, and lead industry rankings, evaluations, and award submissions.
- Track analyst sentiment and coverage, and audit marketing content for accuracy and relevance.
- Direct external communications and trade press relations, including drafting press releases, executive communications, and customer announcements.
- Partner with Product to define the product marketing narrative and competitive landscape for the modern banking platform.
- Build and run campaigns against Nymbus’s named target list in partnership with Sales.
- Coordinate customer references, peer introductions, advocacy programs, roundtables, and event campaign activations.
- Select and maintain marketing technology, manage the marketing budget and external partners, and report on marketing performance.
- Lead and develop the Events Manager and improve marketing workflows and operating rhythms.
- Integrate AI tools into marketing planning and daily workflows, and champion platform capabilities and automation opportunities.
