Requirements

  • Have 7 or more years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related field.
  • Have owned a program or function end to end, from strategy and budget through results.
  • Show measurable results generating qualified B2B pipeline and closed revenue.
  • Have hands-on experience with email and nurture, paid acquisition, landing pages, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Be able to move between strategy and execution, including building landing pages, email sequences, dashboards, or sales assets when needed.
  • Have experience building and running account-based marketing programs with a sales team, including target-account lists, coordinated outreach, and shared lead definitions.
  • Have experience with marketing operations, attribution, full-funnel reporting, conversion optimization, and testing.
  • Have experience collaborating with sales and business development teams.
  • Have experience with partner, channel, or referral marketing, such as programs run through associations or cooperatives.
  • Have experience with earned media and thought leadership, such as pitching reporters, placing op-eds, managing an editorial calendar, or handling rapid response.
  • Have strong writing skills across sales copy and policy-literate thought leadership.
  • Have experience managing outside agencies, freelancers, technology vendors, or specialized partners within a set budget.
  • Be able to manage competing priorities across two reporting lines and focus resources on programs that produce measurable results.
  • Be able to travel up to 10% for conferences and events.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage an always-on demand generation engine for priority broadband products and offers.
  • Launch and measure campaigns, testing messaging, offers, channels, audiences, and creative.
  • Develop account-based marketing programs, target-account lists, and coordinated outreach with sales.
  • Create segmented email, nurture, lifecycle, cross-sell, expansion, and referral campaigns.
  • Own website conversion work, including landing pages, product and vertical pages, messaging, and conversion paths.
  • Equip sales with case studies, one-pagers, presentations, email templates, proposal content, and objection-handling resources.
  • Develop demand-generation content and turn conferences, sponsorships, and webinars into measurable pipeline.
  • Own marketing operations, including lead routing, automation, segmentation, attribution, CRM discipline, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Manage targeted paid acquisition and optimize campaigns based on pipeline and return on investment.
  • Manage external agencies, consultants, and vendors, setting scopes, budgets, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Own Mission Telecom Giving’s editorial calendar, communications goals, rapid-response protocol, and board communications support.
  • Produce public-facing Giving content and translate grantmaking insights and policy developments into narratives for philanthropic, policy, and partner audiences.
