Requirements
- Have at least two years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS.
- Have supported customers through adoption and long-term optimization of complex technologies.
- Have experience managing a portfolio of approximately 60 mid-market customers with over $1.5M in total ARR.
- Be able to balance proactive engagement across a broad customer portfolio.
- Have experience building relationships with diverse customer stakeholders.
- Have experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Support, and Operations.
- Demonstrate product expertise and the ability to tailor training and workflow guidance to customer needs.
- Bring curiosity and problem-solving skills to technically complex products, systems, workflows, and integrations.
- Explain complex concepts clearly and listen closely to customer needs.
- Be comfortable prioritizing across a varied book of customers and using data to improve work.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and long-term value realization across a portfolio of mid-market customers.
- Provide strategic guidance tailored to customers’ goals and challenges.
- Conduct product trainings and partnership reviews.
- Help customers navigate advanced configurations, integrations, data workflows, and hiring processes.
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and represent customer needs internally.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Support, and Operations.
- Identify opportunities for expanded use cases and customer growth.
- Maintain crisp follow-up communications and real-time CRM updates.
