Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Have at least 4 years of relevant experience across FP&A, financial analysis, finance operations, or accounting.
- Understand financial statements and accounting principles.
- Have experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis.
- Have advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
- Bring strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Be comfortable working with large datasets and translating them into financial insights.
- Be able to understand different businesses and revenue models quickly.
- Manage multiple companies, projects, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Work independently with limited supervision and take ownership of work through resolution.
- Communicate financial information directly to senior management.
- Have excellent written and verbal English.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and periodic management reporting packages for multiple portfolio companies.
- Analyze financial statements, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, variances, and business trends.
- Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, rolling projections, and financial models.
- Perform scenario, sensitivity, unit economics, margin, ROI, and profitability analysis.
- Support finance operations, cash flow planning, payables, receivables, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
- Support or manage monthly close processes and review bookkeeping and financial records for accuracy.
- Analyze financial and operational datasets and build models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate with management, operational teams, accountants, bookkeepers, payroll providers, banks, and other finance providers.
- Improve finance processes, reporting templates, data integration, and automation across multiple businesses.
