Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant financial analysis work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience using Excel and G-Suite.
- Strong understanding of or exposure to US GAAP or IFRS.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Amenable to working a graveyard shift aligned with PST hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST).
Responsibilities
- Drive monthly and annual forecasts and budgets for operating expenses, highlighting variance analysis and implications for the forecast.
- Align forecast assumptions with stakeholders and understand what, where, and why the business spends.
- Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to support decision-making and scenario planning.
- Provide front-line support for ad hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries, presenting and visualizing data and insights.
- Develop efficiency metrics to inform growth and provide financial context.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Reconcile headcount for the organization.
- Partner with business partners to understand their needs and develop cost management solutions.
- Support the Sales team to ensure accuracy and alignment of commissions.
