Requirements
- Have 5+ years in a product role around integrations and ecosystem.
- Demonstrate a track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations.
- Bring experience owning an integration catalog or category; this is described as ideal.
- Use prioritization frameworks to focus and sequence integrations work across teams.
- Be technically fluent in integrations-related areas such as APIs, authentication, and permissions.
- Have experience coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Be comfortable collaborating with product teams and stakeholders across the business.
- Be open to using AI to improve efficiency and impact, with curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Drive the integrations roadmap and strategy, selecting new integrations and capabilities based on input from product teams, customers, and the business.
- Partner with engineering and design to prioritize the backlog, plan the roadmap, and decide integration depth, capability, and sequencing.
- Work with the integration partnership lead to activate partners before development and manage ongoing enhancements.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of existing integrations.
- Work directly with customers to understand integration needs and document and prioritize their feedback.
- Collaborate on marketing and field activities, training, and enablement to explain and promote integrations and make them easier to discover and configure.
- Measure and communicate integration breadth and depth, focusing on data availability and customer compliance needs.
