Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Have significant experience in security, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure partner, channel, alliance, or ecosystem marketing.
- Have experience managing MDF, co-marketing funds, partner investments, or similar funding programs.
- Understand partner business planning, joint marketing plans, and MOU or contractual marketing commitments.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage significant marketing investments with financial discipline and accountability.
- Have experience developing integrated marketing strategies across events, field marketing, campaigns, digital, and demand generation.
- Bring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate marketing performance into executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrate executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Alliances, Finance, Operations, and external partner organizations.
- Preferred: cybersecurity industry and complex security partner-ecosystem experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing strategy and operating model for AHEAD's security partner portfolio.
- Develop annual and quarterly partner marketing strategies aligned with business priorities, sales objectives, solution areas, and partner growth opportunities.
- Lead annual partner MOU planning, negotiation, activation, and performance management.
- Own the MDF strategy and governance framework, including planning, requests, approvals, tracking, reimbursement, and reporting.
- Lead integrated marketing plans connecting partner investments to campaigns, field programs, events, digital programs, and solution-focused initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and reporting standards, measure partner marketing performance, and develop executive dashboards and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage and develop Partner Marketing Managers, setting expectations and creating repeatable playbooks, processes, and best practices.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Alliances, Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partner organizations.
