Requirements
- Have 6+ years of B2B channel or field marketing experience.
- Have owned partner co-marketing programs with measurable pipeline contribution.
- Demonstrate experience building and executing programs with VARs, resellers, alliance partners, or distributors.
- Have experience owning MDF budgets, including allocation decisions, partner alignment, and ROI reporting.
- Understand the B2B technology channel ecosystem and how partners sell and are motivated.
- Be comfortable building CPO and ROI cases and recommending investment trade-offs to leadership.
- Be proficient with Salesforce for pipeline tracking, partner attribution, and co-marketing performance reporting.
- Be able to collaborate across Partner Business Managers, channel sales, field marketing, demand generation, digital, ABM, and product marketing.
- Be highly organized and able to manage multiple partner relationships, programs, and timelines.
- Be based in the South Central region of the United States and willing to travel up to 40%.
- Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or adjacent B2B security markets is a plus.
- Familiarity with Federal or Public Sector channel marketing, intent data or ABM tools, and Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the South Central channel field marketing strategy and co-marketing portfolio to generate partner-sourced pipeline and accelerate partner-influenced deals.
- Prioritize partners and programs for co-marketing investment based on pipeline opportunity.
- Manage the channel marketing calendar in alignment with partner priorities, regional sales plays, and company campaign themes.
- Design and execute joint field programs with VARs, resellers, alliance partners, and distributors, including events, roundtables, conference activations, and roadshows.
- Manage MDF allocation, partner alignment, execution oversight, budget tracking, and attribution reporting.
- Coordinate SDR, Partner Business Manager, and partner seller follow-up for every program.
- Run joint planning and business reviews with Partner Business Managers and priority partners.
- Coordinate partner programs with regional field marketing and collaborate on messaging with partner and product marketing.
- Report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, meetings, stage progression, and ROI by partner and program.
- Mentor Channel Field Marketing Managers and Specialists.
