Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on ABM, campaign management, demand generation, or integrated marketing programs in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrate a track record of designing and executing ABM programs that generate measurable pipeline and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Have owned integrated campaigns or programs from strategy and planning through execution, follow-up, reporting, and optimization.
  • Have hands-on experience managing campaigns in a project management system such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Jira.
  • Have experience planning and executing webinars or virtual events across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Have experience with ABM and intent technology such as 6sense, Bombora, Influ2, or ZoomInfo, or equivalent platforms.
  • Have experience with direct mail and gifting platforms such as Reachdesk or equivalent tools.
  • Have strong Salesforce experience with campaign setup, campaign membership, account-level pipeline tracking, attribution, and reporting.
  • Be familiar with Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or another marketing automation platform.
  • Understand lead and account lifecycle management, segmentation, campaign tracking, attribution, and funnel measurement.
  • Be able to develop buying-group maps, account engagement plans, tiered plays, campaign briefs, project plans, and measurement frameworks.
  • Be able to translate complex technical subject matter into account-relevant messaging for CISOs, security architects, IT, and SecOps practitioners.

Responsibilities

  • Own ABM strategy and execution across East Coast priority accounts and other assigned target-account segments.
  • Develop account-level plans, buying-group maps, tiered plays, and account prioritization using intent and engagement signals.
  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns from briefing and project planning through launch, follow-up, reporting, and optimization.
  • Plan and execute webinars and virtual events across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, including scheduling, promotion, live-day coordination, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate account plays across advertising, gifting, field events, content, webinars, and SDR outreach.
  • Align Sales and SDR teams on target accounts, buying groups, engagement signals, next actions, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure campaigns, webinars, ABM plays, and events are built and tracked in Salesforce, project management tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Define and report ABM and campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize messaging, channels, offers, sequencing, and account selection.
  • Lead cross-functional programs, clarify roles and handoffs, and communicate plans, risks, and results to stakeholders.
