Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of marketing experience, with significant experience in product marketing, technology marketing, B2B marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop positioning and stories that change how markets understand a product, technology, or company.
- Bring exceptional written and verbal communication skills and explain technical topics clearly without losing technical credibility.
- Have strong storytelling instincts and the ability to find the human, business, and strategic narrative in complex technology.
- Have experience marketing technical B2B products, ideally in cybersecurity, semiconductors, infrastructure, embedded systems, software, or another sophisticated technology market.
- Understand security and technology buyers and communicate credibly with CISOs, CTOs, engineers, architects, product leaders, and business executives.
- Work effectively with technical experts and develop subject-matter expertise to challenge assumptions and tell an accurate story.
- Bring a strong commercial mindset focused on differentiation, urgency, preference, and revenue.
- Have experience launching products and taking complex offerings to market.
- Have experience developing sales narratives and enablement for complex, multi-stakeholder sales.
- Exercise strategic judgment and operate in a fast-moving environment where the market narrative may not yet be established.
Responsibilities
- Develop narrative, positioning, messaging, and value propositions for PQShield and its products.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business and security value in collaboration with cryptographers, engineers, and product leaders.
- Own positioning and messaging for the hardware IP and software portfolio, including PQPlatform, PQPerform, PQCryptoLib, and PQMicroLib.
- Develop customer insights and use them to inform products, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Shape market narratives around post-quantum security, cryptographic agility, and the transition to quantum-safe systems.
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, certifications, partnerships, and major releases.
- Build sales presentations, solution briefs, case studies, battlecards, and other enablement tools.
- Develop segment-specific narratives for semiconductors, automotive, military and aerospace, industrial IoT, networking, and enterprise.
- Create content including white papers, thought leadership, application notes, customer stories, executive content, and web experiences.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, partnerships, and leadership to communicate a clear company story.
