Requirements
- Have 12+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
- Have significant cybersecurity or information security industry experience.
- Bring a managed services or professional services background; this is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrate success defining market positioning and launching differentiated products or services that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Have subject matter expertise in cybersecurity products and services, including industry and technical knowledge.
- Understand how products and services are sold and the channels through which they are sold.
- Have experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Have experience developing executive-level content and thought leadership, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have experience managing direct reports, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Be willing to learn and use AI-enabled tools.
- Be able to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Be available for up to 20% travel, including industry conferences, customer engagements, and company events.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Product Marketing team's vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new and existing service and solution offerings.
- Plan launches, sales enablement, and competitive positioning.
- Translate technical content from subject matter experts into collateral and thought leadership.
- Position professional services using buyer personas and the enterprise purchase journey.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and executive decisions.
- Coordinate go-to-market execution and messaging with Professional Services, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Regional Marketing.
- Oversee content including blogs, white papers, case studies, webinars, and executive presentations.
- Build and develop the Product Marketing team, and manage budget and resource allocation.
