Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B-focused product enterprise.
- Have a technical bachelor's degree; an MBA is preferred.
- Demonstrate success defining and launching products or custom solutions.
- Have experience building and shipping enterprise security products; Threat Intelligence, TIP, SOAR, or SIEM experience is strongly preferred.
- Have shipped products used by U.S. federal, state, or local government customers and working knowledge of FedRAMP authorization and ATO processes.
- Have personally shipped AI/ML-powered features and managed roadmaps for them.
- Understand model tradeoffs, latency, hallucination risk, and evaluation pipelines.
- Have working knowledge of LLM agent architectures, including tool use, planning, memory, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval, and evaluation.
- Understand security personas and tools, including SOC analysts, CTI leads, threat hunters, incident responders, CISOs, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, TIP, and ticketing.
- Use usage data, NPS signals, and win/loss patterns to make product tradeoffs and guide execution.
- Be able to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority and present to executives and technical practitioners.
- Be willing to travel domestically approximately 15–25% for customer meetings, POCs, and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Define the product roadmap based on business strategy, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
- Own the product management and product development lifecycles, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and end-of-life.
- Manage features, user stories, requirements, and the product backlog; use prototypes to validate hypotheses with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Support on go-to-market plans and stakeholder enablement.
- Develop use cases for commercial and public sector buyer personas, including SOC operations, CTI, threat hunting, incident response, and intelligence sharing.
- Align priorities and delivery with India-based Product Management and Engineering teams, including roadmap and sprint decisions.
- Drive AI-native product capabilities, including model selection, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and measurement of analyst time-to-value.
- Support Sales Engineering and prospective customers with proof-of-concept scoping, technical questions, and feedback that informs the roadmap.
- Demonstrate and train customers and internal teams on the product, and represent it in customer briefings and QBRs.
