Requirements
- Have 5–8 years of experience in product management and/or customer discovery.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field or have an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Bring experience using user engagement metrics and product KPIs to inform decisions and improve product performance.
- Be proficient in Agile planning methods and practices.
- Have organizational skills to manage products from discovery through launch and ongoing review.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving ability.
- Be able to prioritize and adapt as market and technology demands change.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have presentation skills for in-person and virtual settings.
- Bring diplomacy, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and relationship-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own comprehensive product roadmaps and align stakeholders around strategic initiatives.
- Lead customer discovery initiatives and mentor team members conducting interviews.
- Drive portfolio-level prioritization in line with product and business strategy.
- Establish reporting and monitoring frameworks to measure qualitative and quantitative outcomes.
- Design feedback loops to maintain alignment with market needs.
- Communicate product rationale and progress to senior leadership and cross-departmental stakeholders.
- Lead problem and solution validation and provide direction on critical solutions.
- Translate needs into detailed epics and initiatives aligned with product strategy.
- Work with technical project managers to support execution.
- Analyze customer, stakeholder, and internal-team feedback to improve launched products.
- Enhance product management frameworks and mentor other product managers.
