Requirements
- Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant Sales Operations experience.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to develop clear insights into business problems.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Have excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Software/SaaS industry experience is desirable but not required.
Responsibilities
- Support Zscaler's Go-To-Market growth through strategic projects and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute GTM strategies and resource plans for the EMEA organization.
- Define and deliver business analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate forecasting, pipeline reviews, renewal, customer success, and quarterly business review meetings.
- Provide key insights and outcomes for business meetings.
- Lead annual GTM planning for quota, territory, headcount, and cross-functional support.
- Develop strategic insights to drive efficiencies across the GTM organization.
