Have relevant experience in Business Operations, Project Management, or a similar operational role.
Have exceptional organizational and project management skills and manage multiple initiatives and priorities.
Have hands-on experience improving business processes through AI and automation, with a track record of delivering solutions that reduce manual work.
Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Be comfortable using AI assistants in daily work.
Have curiosity about legal, compliance, data protection, and operational topics, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Hold a university degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Fluency in English and German is a plus.

Drive operational projects from planning through implementation, stakeholder management, delivery, and post-project reviews.
Identify inefficient workflows and redesign them using AI, automation, and improved processes.
Build and implement automation solutions that reduce manual work.
Collaborate with teams across Yazio to roll out operational improvements and support lasting adoption.
Own company-wide operational topics, including hardware, software licenses, tool access, subscriptions, insurance, and workplace resources.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, vendor documentation, data privacy, and legal requirements.
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Develop scalable processes and operational infrastructure to support company growth.
