Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, client delivery, or account management within a B2B or software environment.
  • Experience managing client relationships in complex delivery environments, such as ERP or technology implementations.
  • Proven ability to drive account growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Delivery, and Practice leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and enterprise software solutions preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and follow-through.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Strategic and Engaged client accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
  • Lead business reviews and strategic check-ins to assess performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop account plans aligned to client goals and Stoneridge capabilities.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities and maintain accountability for account revenue growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with Practice Leaders and Sales Executives to scope, position, and price new engagements.
  • Coordinate deal execution, proposal development, and the transition of opportunities into active account management.
  • Provide strategic oversight of delivery, project performance, risks, and resource alignment with Delivery and Support teams.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client concerns and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate client, activity, and opportunity data in CRM systems and coordinate renewal timing.
