Requirements
- Bring 4+ years of business development or relevant experience, including account management, contract negotiations, or marketing.
- Have experience in a sales or account management role with enterprise clients.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the digital LATAM market.
- Be fluent in Spanish; Portuguese fluency is a plus.
- Show a proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
- Bring knowledge of performance and acquisition marketing; affiliate marketing industry experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to push back without damaging relationships.
- Be comfortable leading client-facing presentations.
- Show strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, including the ability to identify insights from data.
- Be able to collaborate with remote team members across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-potential publisher relationships and optimize partnerships to support client and department revenue goals.
- Research new partnerships and opportunities based on client needs, industry developments, and SimilarWeb.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with top publishers and optimize opportunities on clients’ behalf.
- Create and maintain department relationship and client-approved placement trackers.
- Build recruitment and paid-placement plans, including timelines, outreach materials, and trackers.
- Execute paid-placement strategies by negotiating terms, setting up campaigns, changing commissions, and coordinating partner communications.
- Join client calls, understand client goals and KPIs, and pitch high-value opportunities supported by data or relevant metrics.
- Adapt strategies to client goals, set expectations, and communicate when targets are unrealistic.
