Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or sales within fast-scaling SaaS or technology companies.
  • Have at least 3 years working directly with services partners as a quota-carrying individual contributor.
  • Have recruited, onboarded, and scaled consulting, agency, or systems integration partners.
  • Have owned partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets.
  • Be comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and the AI and automation landscape.
  • Be able to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have experience in fast-paced technology environments and making decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Nice to have: experience supporting partner-involved deals in the €100K to €500K range.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of regional go-to-market strategy, partner sales enablement, account mapping, and field collaboration.
  • Nice to have: experience with iPaaS, workflow automation, AI, developer tools, or another technical SaaS platform.
  • Nice to have: experience with systems integrators supporting complex software implementations for mid-market and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale n8n’s Service Partner ecosystem across the region.
  • Assess partner-market fit, technical capabilities, customer reach, and commercial potential, and recruit high-potential partners.
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations.
  • Design and deliver partner onboarding, enablement, and certification programs.
  • Help partners develop internal n8n expertise, service packages, and repeatable implementation capabilities.
  • Build, track, and grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Develop joint account plans and co-selling motions with strategic partners.
  • Plan and execute joint campaigns, webinars, events, and regional initiatives.
  • Share partner insights internally and use partner and performance data to improve programs and operations.
