Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
- Demonstrate a track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions.
- Be familiar with APIs and SaaS products and technologies.
- Be proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Figma or Miro, Asana, Salesforce, and Azure.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Bring strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems and build scalable processes.
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate multitasking, prioritization, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Have a strong business understanding and basic comfort with commercials and contracts.
- Be willing to travel as needed.
- Fintech experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical designs, specifications, and solution blueprints aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Create scalable, cost-effective technical solutions for new and existing clients.
- Lead client-facing implementations from initial concept and design through testing and deployment.
- Manage project milestones and support timely delivery.
- Evaluate business, technical, security, reporting, and legal or regulatory requirements and assess feasibility.
- Collaborate with internal and partner teams to translate complex requirements into functional requirements.
- Document solutions through BRDs, SDDs, custom design flowcharts, and a project knowledge base.
- Review existing solutions and optimize their performance, integrity, quality, and maintainability.
- Advise external and internal stakeholders during pre-sales meetings and implementation.
