Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
- Have a proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions.
- Be familiar with APIs, SaaS products, and technologies.
- Be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Figma or Miro, Asana, Salesforce, and Azure.
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Bring strong business understanding and basic comfort with commercials and contracts.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Be able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be willing to travel as needed.
- Fintech background is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop solution designs, technical specifications, and blueprints aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Create scalable and cost-effective technical solutions for new and existing clients.
- Lead client-facing implementations from initial concept and design through testing and deployment, meeting project milestones.
- Evaluate business, technical, security, reporting, and legal or regulatory requirements and assess feasibility.
- Collaborate with internal and partner teams to define functional requirements.
- Document solutions, including Business Requirement Documents, Solution Design Documents, custom design flowcharts, and project knowledge bases.
- Review existing solutions and optimize their performance, integrity, quality, and maintainability.
- Advise clients and internal contacts during pre-sales meetings and implementation.
