Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or customer-facing software delivery.
  • Have experience managing multiple complex customer implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate project management skills in planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence leading customer-facing meetings.
  • Be able to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of meeting deadlines and completing projects.
  • Be comfortable with technical concepts, software configurations, data workflows, and integrations.
  • Adapt quickly, solve problems independently, and take initiative and ownership in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Preferably have experience implementing WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, or other supply chain technology.
  • Preferably understand warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, or logistics workflows.
  • Preferably have experience with APIs, EDI, system integrations, or data migration.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools is preferred.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple concurrent WMS and TMS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage dependencies, identify risks, remove roadblocks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact and lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and project discussions.
  • Maintain project documentation, task tracking, and status reports, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Perform or coordinate system configuration, data setup, integrations, testing, and validation.
  • Prepare customers for go-live through testing, validation, and readiness activities.
  • Identify improvements to implementation processes and documentation, and share best practices.
