Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or customer-facing software delivery.
- Have proven experience managing multiple complex customer implementation projects simultaneously.
- Bring project management skills in planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence leading customer-facing meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong organization and attention to detail, with a track record of meeting deadlines and completing projects.
- Be comfortable with technical concepts, software configurations, data workflows, and integrations.
- Bring initiative, accountability, and ownership, and be able to adapt quickly and solve problems independently.
- Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, or other supply chain technology is preferred.
- Understanding of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, or logistics workflows is preferred.
- Experience with APIs, EDI, system integrations, or data migration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools is preferred.
- PMP, CSM, or another relevant project management certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent WMS and TMS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage dependencies, identify risks, remove roadblocks, and develop contingency plans.
- Serve as the primary customer contact and lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and project discussions.
- Maintain project documentation, task tracking, and status reports, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to complete deliverables on schedule.
- Collaborate with Implementation Engineers, Product, and other internal teams on deployments.
- Perform or coordinate system configuration, data setup, integrations, testing, and validation.
- Prepare customers for go-live through testing, validation, and readiness activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, documentation, and customer experiences.
