Requirements
- Have 4+ years of business development or relevant work experience, including account management, contract negotiations, or marketing.
- Have experience in a sales or account management role with enterprise clients.
- Have knowledge of the digital LATAM market.
- Be fluent in Spanish; Portuguese fluency is a plus.
- Demonstrate a track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
- Have experience in performance marketing, particularly affiliate marketing; this experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to push back constructively.
- Be comfortable leading client-facing presentations.
- Hold a valid passport and be able to travel internationally; some travel is required.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and the ability to analyze data and identify performance insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-potential publisher relationships and optimize partnerships to contribute to client and department revenue goals.
- Manage relationships with top publishers and identify opportunities that support client growth while maintaining return on investment.
- Research new partnerships and opportunities based on client needs, industry developments, and SimilarWeb.
- Create and execute recruitment and paid placement strategies, including outreach, negotiation, campaign setup, commission changes, and partner communications.
- Update department relationship and client-approved placement trackers.
- Participate in client calls, understand client goals and KPIs, and present strategic opportunities.
- Use data and relevant metrics to pitch partnership opportunities and address client questions.
- Adapt strategies and communicate revised goals when client objectives are not achievable.
