Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, or operations within a marketing or creative agency setting.
- Bring a proactive, client-first approach to solving problems and delivering customer experiences.
- Show enthusiasm for AI tools and no-code automation platforms.
- Be able to use AI, no-code frameworks, and prompt logic to optimize everyday operations.
- Have hands-on experience with project management and workspace tools such as Notion, Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English for daily collaboration with US teams and clients.
- Be an active Reddit user with an understanding of Reddit culture and platform dynamics.
- Be able to work US Eastern hours with at least 6 hours of overlap.
