Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, or another client-facing, quota-responsible role.
- Bring experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, particularly enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrate value through customer stories, data, and unique insights.
- Use sales management and internal communication tools, including HubSpot, Gong, Slack, and Monday.com.
- Be comfortable pulling, analyzing, and visualizing account data independently.
- Have experience working across internal teams without direct authority and driving improvement projects.
- Have experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders within an account.
- Bring strong organizational skills and the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
- Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in presentations, and work collaboratively across departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise accounts and develop tailored account plans to drive growth, service utilization, client goals, and ROI.
- Plan and execute client off-site meetings to understand needs, co-create value, and strengthen strategic relationships.
- Lead client initiatives and strategic programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support Sales with client renewals and negotiations to retain enterprise accounts and minimize churn.
- Advise executive stakeholders on social impact and partnership strategy, and engage stakeholders across each account.
- Consult clients on program structures that meet engagement and impact goals using Visit.org capabilities.
- Own account reporting, including impact and utilization reports, executive business reviews, and end-of-program recaps.
- Analyze account data and communicate progress against client goals, including partnership risks.
- Resolve enterprise account issues and inform internal teams about client needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects and develop best practices and operating procedures.
