Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or in a similar role.
- Bring experience managing complex technology implementations, including AI, data, analytics, or digital platforms.
- Have hands-on Shopify experience, including supporting high-traffic ecommerce launches.
- Have experience managing external vendors against SOWs, timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments.
- Have a strong technical understanding of ecommerce infrastructure, security, scalability, traffic/load, and checkout performance.
- Have experience leading UAT, requirements gathering, launch readiness, risk management, and go-live activities.
- Bring stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
- Be available for an immediate start and have strong U.S. time-zone overlap.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple technology initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Manage external vendors against SOWs, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, UAT, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and handoff for an AI/data platform MVP.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Lead Shopify ecommerce launch readiness, coordinating vendors, infrastructure, security, load testing, observability, and checkout performance.
- Coordinate go-live activities, risk management, issue escalation, and real-time communication during critical launches.
- Maintain project documentation, decisions, risks, processes, and handoff materials.
