Requirements
- Have proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role leading data, analytics, AI, technology-platform, or digital implementations.
- Have direct experience managing external technology or delivery vendors against a defined Statement of Work, timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
- Have experience coordinating technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders and bridging business objectives with technical execution.
- Have hands-on experience planning and facilitating UAT, gathering user feedback, tracking issues, and coordinating resolution through launch readiness.
- Have strong documentation, organization, and project management skills, including maintaining clear records and supporting knowledge transfer.
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including presenting complex information clearly and influencing decisions.
- Be able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment with ownership, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Have advanced English proficiency and communicate confidently in a professional, international environment.
- Be available to start as soon as possible and maintain substantial working-hour overlap with U.S. time zones.
- Be based in Latin America; Brazil is the target location.
- Experience in media, publishing, or entertainment is a plus.
- Experience with M&A, acquisitions, or investment-related teams is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of the AI-driven platform MVP, keeping scope, milestones, deliverables, and business objectives aligned.
- Oversee the external delivery vendor against the Statement of Work, timeline, commitments, and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate internal data and engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to resolve blockers and dependencies.
- Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gather and prioritize feedback, track issues, and support resolution and launch readiness.
- Translate technical project information into clear updates, decisions, action items, and documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation covering requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, UAT outcomes, and delivery status.
- Identify and escalate risks, scope changes, dependencies, and delivery issues, supporting mitigation and decision-making.
- Support change management and user adoption during the MVP rollout.
- Complete knowledge transfer and documentation to support handoff to the future internal owner.
