Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role leading data, analytics, AI, or technology platform implementations.
  • Direct experience managing external delivery vendors against a defined Statement of Work, project timeline, and delivery milestones.
  • Experience coordinating technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience planning and running User Acceptance Testing sessions, gathering feedback, tracking issues, and coordinating resolution.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills, including creating project documentation and supporting knowledge transfer.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Availability to start ASAP and maintain strong overlap with U.S. time zones.
  • Advanced English proficiency for clear communication in a professional environment.
  • Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of the AI-driven platform MVP against scope, milestones, and business objectives.
  • Manage the external delivery vendor and track progress against the Statement of Work, timeline, deliverables, and agreed expectations.
  • Coordinate the vendor, internal data and engineering teams, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing by coordinating business users, gathering feedback, tracking issues, and ensuring launch readiness.
  • Translate technical project information into clear updates, decisions, action items, and documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation covering requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, UAT outcomes, and delivery status.
  • Identify and escalate risks, scope changes, dependencies, and delivery issues.
  • Support change management and adoption with business users during the MVP rollout.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation for the project handoff.
