Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation Management, Delivery Management, or a similar role.
- Bring strong experience leading software implementation or integration projects.
- Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical audiences.
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Have experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Apply an analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Have very good English and Polish.
- E-invoicing platform experience is a plus.
- EDI solutions experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, structured file formats, or API integrations is a plus.
- ERP integration experience, including SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus.
- Understanding of electronic document exchange processes and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Experience working in international projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for e-invoicing solutions.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings and establish implementation plans.
- Gather and document client requirements.
- Translate business requirements into structured technical specifications for internal teams.
- Coordinate communication between clients and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies, and provide status updates.
- Support internal teams in prioritization and execution of implementation activities.
- Learn and use configuration and administration tools, and configure selected solution components when required.
- Deliver customer trainings and support users during onboarding.
- Manage multiple implementation projects and support successful project delivery.
